Hello, thank you for visiting my website! I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and share with you why I started this foundation and why I’m so proud to put my name on this project. If you’ve spent time scrolling through my page or know me personally then you know that I have spent my entire life in a wheelchair.

While some of you may view this as a burden, I believe it to be my way to be unique and also help others. Living and viewing life from a seated perspective has allowed me to do incredible things like playing sports, traveling and do outdoor activities.

Doing that however from a wheelchair, often comes with unique sets of challenges.I’ve never let that stop me. Instead I chose to embrace it. My personal daily challenge to make my disability irrelevant. To help me achieve that I needed help getting some specialized equipment. A wheelchair to allow me to play sports not only allowed me to do that but it also changed my complete world view.

For literally the very first time in my life, my wheelchair faded away and I was free, I was no longer just that guy in a wheelchair. I WAS AN ATHLETE. The feeling of that first time playing was incredible. I was normal just felt like everyone else because of a simple wheelchair. Now, The Hunter Berreth Foundation helps others feel that.

That is in fact the reason I decided to start this project and as we continue to grow daily both as a foundation I’m truly humbled by the amount of good we are able to do. It’s never been about the amount of clothing we sell or the donations we take in, it’s always been about the individuals we can help and always will be!!

The money we take in goes directly to an athlete like me live his or her dream. That’s my promise to you our supporters. Together we can truly change lives. Thanks so much for all your support. Yall are the best team I’ve ever been a part of!!
